Arsee Engineering Brick Assessment

Dear IAC residents,  As we communicated on Thursday, Arsee Engineering came out on Friday and conducted an assessment  of the exterior as a planned five-year follow-up to the work done in 2017 to stabilize the brick deterioration.  Unfortunately, they found further deterioration to bricks between the 7th and 8th floors on the northwest side of the building. ...
