Update regarding common area power

Dear resident, Today Gaylor Electric ran tests to determine the issue that caused the two common area power outages. A part is being shipped overnight to attempt to resolve the issue. In order for the part to be installed, power for the whole building will need to be turned off for about 20 minutes between 11 a.m....

Dear resident, Late Monday evening the Board was alerted that much of the building was without power and, consequently, the water pressure had dropped.
